Revolution and Counter-Revolution Or, Germany in 1848 by Karl Marx (Engels). Edited by Eleanor Marx-Aveling. Published by the Charles H. Kerr Cooperative, Chicago. 1907.

Actually written by Engels, this book began as a series of articles in the New York Daily Tribune in 1851 and 1852 under Marx’s name. It was edited by Marx’s daughter Eleanor in 1896. In 1913 it was discovered that Engels was the author, however the book continued to be published under Marx’s name for decades. The work discusses the epic events in Germany during the Revolutions of 1848 as well as the Communist Trial in Cologne. Online text also linked here.
