Declaration of Principles and Constitution of the Workers Party of the U.S. Published by the W.P.U.S., New York. 1934.

The first publication of the newly formed, and short-lived, Workers Party of the United States. Created through the merger of A.J. Muste’s Workers Party and the Trotskyist Communist League in late 1934, the W.P.U.S. dissolved when the majority entered the Socialist Party in late 1936. The W.P.U.S. issued the New Militant newspaper.
